  • If, despite our best efforts, our team is unable to run software on a legitimate laptop configuration.
  • If study materials were shipped to the student from our end, the refund will start as soon as we receive the returned package from the consumer. If you purchased with a credit card, your refund will be sent to the original credit card you used to make the purchase. If you paid using a payment gateway, your refund will also be sent to the same account. Refund will be initiated after Adjustment of taxes and other charges.
  • No Refund/No Cancellation once order is placed for any other reason mentioned above. Books Order cannot be cancelled once order is placed
