The following terms and conditions apply to the customer's ability to cancel, return, or refund their order: Orders may only be cancelled, returned, or reimbursed for legitimate reasons, such as when the client got an order that differed from what was stated in the course description.
If, despite our best efforts, our team is unable to run software on a legitimate laptop configuration.
If study materials were shipped to the student from our end, the refund will start as soon as we receive the returned package from the consumer. If you purchased with a credit card, your refund will be sent to the original credit card you used to make the purchase. If you paid using a payment gateway, your refund will also be sent to the same account.
Refund will be initiated after Adjustment of taxes and other charges.
No Refund/No Cancellation once order is placed for any other reason mentioned above.
